2000’S RECONSTRUCTION INTERIOR

Private house

Project description

The home was designed with a future sale in mind, so our goal was to make the interior unique, but not personalized, with lots of details to explore.

The desire for openness and minimization of partitions creates a free, seamless structure of the interior space. The entrance hall, living room, kitchen, dining room are compositionally united. A monochrome base with unique details makes each area feel cozy in its own way. The guest block with sauna and guest room is distinguished by a large veneered cube.

The second floor includes three bedrooms with a dominant one for the owners. It contains a wardrobe, a large bathroom, a relaxation area and a private terrace. The column that smoothly rises to the ceiling is an accent element in the interior and only an indirect reference to the classics. The floor as a whole maintains the general concept of the house: a minimum of doors, a maximum of open space and zoning by color.

A variety of light sources and lighting scenarios set an intentional ambience for each area and highlight architectural details. Complex surface textures enhance visual effects in the interior. Together with the artificially created, the space plays with natural light through large panoramic windows and a good location of open areas. This light architecture ensures functionality and makes the interior harmonious and comfortable to live in.
